Oriental Spirit rewarded his owners' patience by landing the 6 furlong handicap on Wednesday evening, running on strongly and just getting up on the line. He has had major surgery since last season so it was even more pleasing to see him showing such good form again. This was just the 5th run of his career, and I am sure there is more improvement to come.
